Site Overview

The purpose of this site is to make a large body of information about environmental building available for free to encourage its adoption.

The site is divided into three main sections:

1. The How-to section gives all the background knowledge on how to design and build a Green Home.   The how-to section is itself subdivided into architecture, construction, energy, materials, site and water, and healthy houses.
2. The FAQ section has short answer for common green building questions.
3. The Case Studies section contains design notes, construction notes, and a virtual tour for a handful of houses (currently incomplete).
